HUNTININGTON STORY

 In some cases it can be hard to believe that something bad can turn in to something good. A officer in California can tell you all about one of these special cases. In Barstow, California a 53 year old named Janice Jones was accidentaly shot in her leg, when her dog knocked her gun off of a seat in her motor home. "this is something that you actually see a lot, accidents happen." said officer Rye. When taken to the hospital jones dog was put with animal control officers. "we noticed that the dog had fresh cigarette burns on its forehead"said animal control officer Solis " after we noticed the burns we had to file a police report on jones. Thankful everyone was ok and the dog will find a brand new home where he will be treated right. "it could have been worse" said officer Rye.
